All data required in the recruitment processes through our website, email, surveys or other equivalent means of communication, will be used only for the fulfillment of the purposes indicated in the respective form and for the services provided by Ortúzar Consulting.

To be included in our database, we appreciate the express and voluntary acceptance of our privacy and data protection policy. The processing of personal data will allow us to inform candidates who meet the

specific criteria of each process about their suitability and invite them to participate in it. Likewise, the data may be used for statistical purposes under the terms of Law No. 19,628 (Protection of Private Life Act) and its subsequent amendments or supplementations.

Candidates’ and clients’ personal data will be faithfully safeguarded by our company and collaborators, all of whom are obliged to ensure said confidentiality through the signing of a non-disclosure agreement, forcing themselves to make good use of such data in accordance with the aforementioned objectives. In the event that an external company manages our databases, it must sign a confidentiality agreement, avoiding their commercialization and/or unauthorized use of all or any part of it.
